Here is the first photo of the limited-production Ricko 1935 Mercedes 770V Imperial Japanese Limousine. This is a 1:87 scale reproduction of the automobile built for Emperor Hirohito. The model was created with the cooperation of the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart which has the original on display. The highly detailed Ricko model even includes a replica of the Emperor’s special golden silk throne in the rear and the gold Imperial chrysanthemum on the rear doors. [posted 07/13/2006]
