Dennis Aust announces the availability of a resin Kenworth T800 cab conversion kit to fit Herpa truck frames. The conversion kit includes cab, seats, dash, steering wheel, 2 air filters, hood, grille, front bumper, fuel tank, battery box/step, and 2 frame mounted air tanks. The one piece hood comes with no air filter cutouts. All parts are cast resin and the price is $20.00.

The newly tooled model of the Auto Union Type C race car (item #46900) consists of 35 different parts and is highlighted by superb details such as fully functioning steering system, removable hood revealing the V-16 engine, air intake slots and openings for the 16 chrome exhaust pipes. Model Truck & More has announced their latest custom truck is a Kenworth T800 tractor with a 120" Sleeper. This unit is a handcrafted, modified Herpa/Promotex tractor.
Sparrows Point division of Bethlehem Cars Works announced at the 2000 East Coast Meet their Pennsylvania Railroad Truc-Train trailers were to be available soon. These are high quality resin kits of "early intermodal" subjects. The current lineup consists of:

They all sell for $24.95 each plus $4.50 S&H. The body, floor, and bumper are resin; the bogey parts (suspension) are A-Line. Correct decals are included. Sparrows Point is currently working on a PRR 32 foot trailer and a DL&W TOFC flat car. Both items should be available this fall.
