Absolute Scale Models has announced a series of resin van trailers patterned after modern race car transport and household goods moving vans. Check the Absolute Scale Models web site for more info.
Athearn had on display at the International Model & Hobby Expo a new modern John Deere die-cast agricultural tractor.

Boley had on display at the International Model & Hobby Expo in Chicago brand new models of Volvo Construction articulated dump truck (above, second from top)and excavator (above, top) models. In the Boley booth were also several Altec utility bodies mounted on International chassis (immediately above). Shown were a tree trimming truck with limb shredder, bucket truck with outriggers, and a digger/derrick truck. Also new were beverage trucks in both straight truck and tractor-trailer versions.
Also on display was their forthcoming tow truck mounted on both International and GMC truck chassis (shown above).
Something of a surprise was a pre-production sample of the long-awaited Kenworth T800 truck tractor from Boley.
Classic Metal Works had pre-production samples of the upcoming International R-190 truck on display at the International Model & hobby Expo in Chicago. Also shown were artwork samples of the 1968 Ford Galaxie and 1978 Chevrolet Impala. Both cars are to be offered in two solid colors and taxi and police liveries.
MEK-Modelle has announced the release of one totally new resin bus kit, the MCI MC-12, and re-release of two others, the MCI MC-8 and MC-9. These were all buses used by Greyhound Lines in the U.S. and Canada and by other charter, tour, and scheduled service operators all over North America. The MC-8 dates to the 1970s, the MC-9 the 1980s, and the MC-12 was used throughout the 1990s and is still used in Greyhound service. For North American modelers, Truck Stop Models is trying to put together a "bulk buy" order. Check the Truck Stop Models web site for more information.
Norscot had their production sample of the Caterpiller 160H grader (shown above) on display at the International Model & Hobby Expo in Chicago.

Assembled Ulrich Mack COE & Trailer
Ulrich Models, a new entrant in the 1/87 vehicle modeling arena, is announcing their just released 1/87th 1955 Mack Cabover with Schlitz Fruehauf trailer. This is the first Ready-to-Roll model released under the name of Ulrich Models since the 1980s. This product is currently in stock.
