Athearn has announced 45' container chassis paired with a 45' container. This chassis is all new tooling and a very welcome addition to contemporary intermodal modelers. Delivery is anticipated in January 2007.

Athearn has also announced a new John Deere 650H bulldozer die-cast model. Initially at least, this model will only be available packaged in pairs with a railroad flatcar.
