Chester Fesmire tells us that this is one of his favorite models
that he's built. He began with an Imex International KB8, shortened
the chassis, added an Alloy Forms differential,
springs, and deck winch, Herpa wheels, and a lot of "parts box stuff"
like the battery box and fifth wheel. Scratchbuilt rear fenders
and exhaust personalize this tractor.
The winch has lead core fishing line and the front light bar/license
plate holder is cut from an old fire truck hose reel.
It is shown hauling a Sheepscot 20 ton beavertail trailer with Lonestar Models
wheels and tires.
The load is a Woodland Scenics bulldozer. The little people are Preiser figures.
