This woodchip hauler by Al Garrison won the Best Finish award with a Herpa Mack CH truck tractor and Manac woodchip hopper trailer. Al scratchbuilt the trailer from styrene and used Herpa wheels and tires. He painted the Herpa tractor to match and used Pen Bay decals.
