Gary Smith had this very interesting Roadway Package System rig on display at the 2003 National Convention. Gary shortened an Athearn Freightliner cab and chassis, added cab extenders and Alloy Forms roof mounted air deflector to build the truck tractor. The trailers are A-Line's excellent 28' parcel vans with A-line's RPS decals. Gary built this model to replicate an actual RPS truck that operated in the Baltimore area in the early 1990s.
