Gary Smith cut down an Athearn Freightliner to a 63" BBC and scratchbuilt a roof mounted air deflector and air starter air tank (mounted upright on left rear corner of cab). The trailers are Athearn 40' unit cut down to 28' lengths with scratchbuilt "bull nose" fronts. The convertor dolly was made from an Athearn trailer bogie. Mirrors are from A-Line and decals from Microscale. Displayed at the 2003 National Convention in Allentown.
