This model of a 1919 Fulton Truck was made from scratch in 2002 based
on an illustration found in an out of print book, "American Truck
Spotter's Guide 1920-1970". The cab and body were made from styrene
and the fenders from brass. The model was painted with thinned down
Humbrol Paint - #153 red for the body and #67 charcoal black for the
tires. The paint was "oxidized" and weathered with dry colors
before fully cured to give the paint that rusted look. The driver figure
is a brass figure by Master Creations, and the passenger figure was
made up using the body from a Circus Craft figure and the head from
a Preiser figure. The bottles and crates are by Preiser.
