This is a big Oskosh P4 A/1989 painted for the New York City Department
of Correction. Before the big unit came to the Correction Department
it was in the U.S. Navy
in
Norfolk, Virginia.
This model was built from an undecorated RMM kit with no decals. The
decals were found from a decal manufactor in Germany.
