Here's another look at Chester Fesmire's little White 3000 truck tractor that started as a Classic Metal Works Mini-Metals model. Chester removed the plastic sub chassis and added Evergreen suspension, Alloy Forms differential, and front axle. Microscale Krystal Klear replaced the plastic 'glass' insert. Herpa six spoke wheels, gas tank, and fifth wheel were also added. The trailer is an Imex with Lonestar Models landing gear and spare tire holder and the rear wheels, mudflaps, and bogie are from the parts box. Chester made his own decals with JetCal paper transfers for ink jet printers. Also shown in Photo Gallery 154.
