Merritt Long built this 1/87 scale diorama of an apartment building structure fire. The engines and ladder are IHC models with the firemen figures from various manufacturers. The motorcycle is from Micromachines. Merritt is from Evans, NY where he serves as an Assistant Captain with the Highland Hose Vounteer Fire Company. He has been a collector model builder of fire and rescue items for 19 years now. This was his first try at a diorama and first contribution to our Photo Gallery. We look forward to seeing more!
