Here's another look at Jamie Groeneweg's outstanding Western Star 4900SX model. This is a resin kit cab and hood with an Italeri Western Star 70" condo style sleeper mounted on a modified Herpa Ford chassis. Other modified items include Herpa half fenders and tool boxes, scratchbuilt items are battery boxes, air breathers, exhaust stacks, bug deflector, tail light bar, fifth wheel carrier, mirrors and Texas style front bumper. A-Line provided the steer axle wheels and Dennis Aust the drives! Chrome is Alclad and Bare-Metal-Foil; paint is R-M custom mix base/clear coat. Also shown in Photo Gallery 180.
