This weather-beaten old truck model was inspired by a 1936 Chevrolet prototype and started as a Wheel Works 1934 Ford pickup kit. The fenders were torn and mangled to replicate the damage on the real truck. The bed was scratchbuilt from styrene strip and stained with Floquil stains. The model was finished with Polly Scale paints and weathered with Rustall and drybrushing. Winner of the Best Vintage Vehicle Category at the 2004 National Convention held May 29, 2004 in Ontario, California.
