Joe Bohannon built this award-winning setup starting with a Boley International 7000 series fire truck and converting it to a tractor configuration using a Herpa frame and wheels, modified GHQ lowboy trailer, and detailed and weathered Norscot Caterpillar D5M dozer. Winner of the Emergency Category at the 2004 National Convention held May 29, 2004 in Ontario, California.
