Here's another look at Chester Fesmire's construction
site fuel and lube truck built from a Wiking Peterbilt
with
scratchbuilt
pit fenders
and bumper, headlamps from another Wiking piece and aluminum tube exhaust
stacks. The bed is from a Smokey Mountain rail car load with capacitors
from an old radio for waste oil tanks and a scratchbuilt lube hose
reel on a piece of diamond plate from Alloy Forms. Wheels and off-road
tires from Herpa. The ladder is a cut down N scale Langley item and
the hose on top is telephone wire with aluminum tube fittings on the
ends. Also shown in Photo
Gallery 207.
