This pair of trucks from Uli Heufs have very different intended uses!
The Scania was built from a truck seen on a poster which showed a racing
truck. It is based on a Herpa Scania. Uli used mostly parts from other
Herpa kits. There is a rollcage inside the cab like you find in racing
cars. The whole truck has been lowered. Decals are from two jet fighter
airplane kits, one Russian and one American.
The Kenworth T600B is a modified Model Power model pulling a Bowser
model of the Wabash National 53' plate wall trailer. The tractor is
based on a picture from a book about Canada. Uli used two Model Power
models to get a longer version. Decals are from the Microscale May
Trucking set.
