Here's another shot of Sean Steele's venerable
C-47 Dakota, this time being resupplied for a mail run.The McDonell-Douglas
C47 (C47s have a larger cargo door than the similar DC3) is a
Wm.
K. Walthers HO scale kit,
largely
built
as-is,
with
some
extra antennae added. The paint is Floquil and the decals are circa
1975 Canadian Forces, homemade on an Alps printer. The Dodge
pickup is
Roco
painted in the typical paint scheme of air field trucks and equipment.
The pallets and boxes are from an Ertl boxcar load. Also shown in Photo
Gallery 151.
