Fire equipment is not something we see a lot of from Chester Fesmire, however this is a small Mack MS pumper. Chester used the cab and chassis that began as a Roco Renault G series. He changed the grille and headlights and added the pumper body from a High Speed truck that was offered through Readers Digest magazine several years ago. Many "parts box" pieces including lights from Busch, hoses from Alloy Forms and Boley, and a pewter ladder were used. Diamond plate decking is from Plano Model Products. Automotive red lacquer and clear finish top off this really nice looking little fire truck.
