From the workbench of Randy Sawyer - We are showing
a 1924 International Truck Tractor and Trailer modeled in 1/87 scale
completely scratchbuilt except for the wheels and a few detail parts.
Styrene and brass were used in the construction, with strip wood for
the decking. The model was painted with Humbrol enamels and heavily
weathered with dry pigments and charcoal. The trailer is being loaded
down with a fork truck by Snapperroo. The fork truck driver is an out
of date metal figure by S.S. Ltd. This model is based on a photo found
in the book, "American Work Trucks - A Pictorial History of Commercial
Trucks 1900-1994".
