This photo from Andy Park is of his MAN 40.604 as operated
by Hong Kong based crane and heavy haulage company Kanson. It is operated
mainly as a tractor with Goldhofer 8 axle bogie for carrying concrete
beams and bridge sections in the former UK colony. The chassis is a
6x6 Bastian resin item and the cab a standard Herpa Evo2000 low roof
version. The paint is a home mix of several Humbrol blues. The Kanson
name is made from separate waterslide lettering and the Chinese script
on the front of the cab is done with a fine brush and, to be totally
honest [according to Andy - webmaster], terrible!
