Al Garrison reports he saw the prototype for this truck on Hank Suderman's web site and thought it would be interesting to build. The truck chassis was constructed from three Herpa truck frames, the tank body is cut down from the Promotex/Herpa elliptical tanker, and the 53' trailer is basically unchanged save for the homemade decal.
