This model is a 1947 GMC PD3751 "silversides" bus painted as 'Northern Lines' #N846 with Spokane in the destination board. Built by Alan Olson, the model is a solid plaster casting from David Roberts, West Palm Beach, Fla. painted with Humbrol paints; silver and a custom mix of 'Greyhound' blue. The lettering was hand drawn on decal paper with the same blue paint. The dog logo was hand drawn over a many-times reduced photocopy of a broadside photo. Winner of the Bus & Coach category at the 2001 West Coast Meet.
