Oriskany Garage located in Utica, NY holds the original patents for the first built flatbed trucks. Dan has built several of these models and presented one of these models to Stanley Babariz, one of the original designers. Oriskany used 1958 through 1963 Fords and Stephen used the Athearn Ford C cab and Boley flatbed tow truck body. Stephen syas he prefers the look of the modern warning lights, however, the original trucks had flat flashing lights mounted on the roof.
