According to Randy, "Many of the early trucks were sold as a stripped down chassis and there was an entire industry based on "after market" body builders for these early trucks". Randy scratchbuilt this 1920 Autocar Hotel Bus in February of 2008 following a photo in the book, "The Illustrated Encyclopedia of American Trucks". White and green Humbrol enamels were mixed together to make the nice faded green color.
