Ron Elsdoerfer reports that this fire engine model replicates the pumper that was at the local firehouse for many years. Ron built it about 15-20 years ago using a pumper body from an old Lee Town Mack kit and a Ford C from an old Revell auto-transporter kit. The windshields were made from a styrene jewelers case.
