Here's another look at Rod Reilly's 25 year old plus ROCO CCKW truck that he reworked into an off-road, back woods log hauler. It's based on a prototype he came across of a similar unit used in the woods of South Georgia. Rod added a steering wheel from a Busch Power Wagon, and scratchbuilt the instrument cluster on the dash. The headache rack, log bed and posts are all scratchbuilt from Evergreen plastic strip and shapes. The entire truck has received a rust treatment with Bar Mills pigments and Rustal. Rod also added rear view mirrors and yards of scale chain to finish out the model.
