Dennis Raper built this Caterpillar 315C shovel logger using a Norscot 315C Cat excavator. Dennis cut the jib boom off and added a heel and log grapple, hydraulic lines, cab and engine protective screens, painted the boom black, and added some light weathering. All original movement is intact and the grapple turns and swings. Photos were made on two partially completed dioramas that he's building.
