Craig Hatter found a prototype for this truck by a relative's home in Louisville, Kentucky. Craig stopped by on Christmas day 2008 and photographed it. The model is a shortened Athearn Ford C chassis with 14' grain bed added. The prototype started life as an oil dealer truck. It had Standard Oil decals both sides of the bumper and the grain bed looks much newer than than the cab. The prototype photo is shown below.
