This International R190 snow plow truck built by Rod Reilly and painted for the Pennsylvania Railroad is the "tried and true" Classic Metal Works International R-190 with a ROCO snow plow and a shortened dump bed made from an IHC toy truck. The side plow frame and half of the front plow frame was built from scratch. The orange rooftop beacon is worked from a piece of sprue. Ron added a driver wheel from an old steam yard switcher for ballast in the bed.
