Here's a closer look at Denis Doucet's B-train set of Ciment Quebec pneumatic bulk trailers. The trailers started as the short Herpa three axle, single wheel models; both ends were cut and a new frame were built for both ends. Note the the front trailer does not have the same frame as the rear one. Denis made the rear discharge hopper chute on the trailers, the Herpa original only has one discharge hopper chute, made all the piping, front fenders, ladders and the loading hatches, added wheels and tires from Dennis Aust, landing gear from Athearn, and catwalk made from Tichy crating.

The prototype dimension and specs for these trailers are from Tremcar, 2200 cubic feet capacity.
