Bill Flottmann modified these two Hot Wheels 1/87 scale vehicles, a 1967 Mustang and a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. Bill removed the "obnoxious" (his description) wheels and did a little touch-up painting to make them look more like something a person might see on the street.
