This Ford LTL-9000 by Jamie Groeneweg features a hood, bumper, fuel
tanks and interior that were were scratchbuilt. The frame is a lengthened
Herpa Ford Aeromax; the wheels, wipers, mirrors, and sleeper bunk
are from the same source. Modified toolboxes, air horns, and half
fenders are from a Promotex Peterbilt. Other scratchbuilt detail items
include rear light bar/mud flaps, roof lights, sun visor, and bug deflector.
The trailers are modified Walther's Stoughton 48' modified to a B-train
32' lead and 30' pup. Side doors were added from Herpa's old 40'
trailers; the lead has a sliding 72" suspension and the pup a 60"
with roller boxes added to under side.
