Gary Smith had this unique classic Coles Express Freightliner day cab model on display at the 2012 East Coast Meet in W. Springfield, MA. Gary built the truck tractor using an Athearn sleeper cab cut down to a day cab configuration. Gary added the prototypical oddball small diameter tag axle wheels. The decals are from the late Brad Libby.
