This is Sunoco fuel tanker from David Johnson was made with an Athearn Kenworth W900 pulling a Matchbox trailer. The tractor is old-school Athearn with the window center post filed thinner, hand painted blue, then given Plano photo-etched Kenworth mirrors, aluminum tube exhaust, and Bare Metal Foil grille and bumper. The wipers are thin wire.  The trailer is stock Matchbox with A-Line wheels.
