Jeff Barros built this Zion P.D. vehicle recovery truck from a Boley (now Walthers Scenemaster) GMC 6500 model. The Ford Crown Victoria on the back is a Model Power die-cast model with added details. Shown in Jeff's Route87 module, both were on display at the 2013 East Coast Meet recently in W. Springfield, Massachusetts.
