This Western Star Canadian Pacific Brandt rail power unit and OTM. The model has working Hy-Rail wheels up and down. The model has a resin cab and scratchbuilt parts. custom decals, and the OTM is painted John Deere yellow with scratchbuilt frame. The OTM tracker has full movement back and forth just like real one and an arm built from Norscot and Herpa components. The real truck and tracker are used to pick up railroad ties and pull cars; an awesome unit.
