Erik Block says he found "some strange decals" at his local hobby shop and correctly surmised this "must [have been] after 9/11." Haslam Septic Service did indeed have this paint scheme on at least one of their tanker trucks after 9/11. Erik installed them on a Herpa tanker truck.
