Here's some close-up photos of Jim Groeneweg's Freightliner Cascadia day cab truck tractor he built from one of his own Jacobs Models resin kits. The visor was created from the front section of the mid roof version that Jim cut off a resin casting and filed to fit. The cab side fairings have been removed, easier to do with resin according to Jim. The truck rides on Dennis Aust wheels and tires, fuel tanks, and tool box mounted on a Herpa chassis with modified Herpa interior out of some European model (Jim couldn't remember which) with scratchbuilt DPF tank, rear light bar, half fenders from Kibri, and Ken Goudy decals.
