This Mack CL hi-rail truck was built by Christophe Culis as a railroad tie-handling truck. It is set up with bunks and a Palfinger hydraulic crane. Christophe extended the chassis, added tool boxes, hydraulic oil tank, and added extensions to the steps on the fuel tanks.
