This Saternini Transport Peterbilt 352 COE is fresh from the RTG shops. This tractor now sports a 10X10 drivetrain with dual transmissions. The long wheelbase tractor has been fitted with a 1,000 gallon frame mounted tank and pumping system to refuel itself and other equipment such as the new Caterpillar D9R sitting on a brand new four axle drop deck trailer with jeep dolly. The truck tractor was bought on eBay, built by a very talented builder, as a twin steer Peterbilt tractor on a Promotex builder's frame with the large fuel tank. The truck has been disassembled and modified with kitbashed and scratchbuilt five axle drive train and pump boxes with hose reel cabinets. A new third rear drive axle, exhaust stacks, and breathers were added. The trailer is a modified Promotex heavy duty equipment trailer. The major modification to the trailer was the removal of the stock tail and replacing it with a Herpa rear bumper assembly with scratchbuilt marker lights and protective mounts. The Caterpillar D9R is from Norscot and gives the trailer a proper bow for such a load.
