This scene from Karl Fasolino has some very interesting characters involved! The police car is a Walthers Ford Crown Victoria - decorated as Canadian National Railway Police with full custom decals. The scene involves some "punks" who have decided to have a little party on the CN #5602 locomotive (an SD-70i) while it is sitting on a siding. Needless to say, they are not very happy about having their party disturbed by the CN police. The scene contains a wide variety of commercial, kitbashed and scratchbuilt details and models.
