This beautiful International 9670 wood chip truck is an outstanding example of Kurt Hofmeyer's workmanship. The cab of the truck tractor is cast from a mold master by Roland Hahn. The chassis is from Herpa/Promotex with wheels by Boley, the cab guard is by Dennis Aust. Fuel tanks, exhaust pipes, and air intake are scratchbuilt with a photo etched grille. The 40ft wood chip trailer comes from a rather old resin kit by Walthers. Because it was too narrow, it was widened for about 5/32" (4mm). The roof is a grain trailer tarp from Lonestar Models' Wilson grain trailer and the wheels are by A-Line.
