Denis started with an Atlas Ford LNT-9000 and added the boom from a Custom Finishing kit which he reworked to make a National 870 series (17 ton capacity). Denis says that although the tandem axle placement may look odd, all the 17 ton boom trucks that the company has are like that. He has added extras like rear outriggers, racks for wooden mats and hook block, instructions on both sides for operating and a jib on the side of the boom. Finished with a paint job and custom made decals.
