Christophe's latest excavator is a Liebherr 974 built from a Kibri kit. The paint scheme and the detail level has been inspired by Jimmy Cancino's excavator seen at the 2002 Montreal Meet and Photo Gallery 89. Christophe says that Jimmy Cancino's work was a masterpiece and he decided to push his own limits and use some tips coming from other kind of modeling, as military kits at 1:35th scale. Christophe says, "Thanks to Jimmy for showing us what exceptional detail levels we can bring out from a simple kit from Kibri."
