The 1/87 Vehicle Club’s German members are very happy to announce the first meet outside of North America. It will take place from November 7 to 9, 2003, in Petersberg-Steinau, located on the outskirts of Fulda, Hesse. This small town in central Germany is about an hour’s drive from Frankfurt/Main and may be conveniently reached from all parts of Europe.

The event will be held at the Rhönblick Inn, Haupstraße 24, 36100 Petersberg-Steinau, Germany, phone +49-661-969010, fax +49-661-62494. The hotel will offer special rates for the weekend so that you may spend the night right on the scene. A roadmap is available at the inn’s website: www.gasthof-rhoenblick.com.

We invite model builders and collectors alike, whatever their favorite part of the hobby may be and Club membership is not required. We will have a model and diorama contest, so we encourage to bring your models and dioramas with you. [posted 09/26/2003]
